  • Builds, repairs, and/or tests a variety of new and older products using standard and/or non-standard tools, equipment, and procedures.
  • Works from engineering schematics and/or follow documented assembly procedures.
  • Works from verbal instructions.
  • Works on precision sub-assembly, assembly, or rework of parts involving a considerable number of details and independent judgment.
  • Complies with documentation procedures.
  • Tests and/or repairs various new and older products using considerable independent judgment to ensure quality, correct parts, and/or proper procedures are used.
  • Generates documentation to correct and enhance current procedures and practices.
  • Able to build, analyze, and rework various products on their lines as well as help other team members when needed. Coordinate rework of products with engineers
  • Drive, track, and report team metrics daily
  • Participate in completion of 6S activities
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to continue advancing business processes
  • Provide information and walk auditors through build processes as required
