If you have a collaborative nature, a commitment to teamwork across an organization and a relentless focus on improving patient care, we want you to apply. <br><br>In this laboratory-based Senior Scientist role, you will apply your hands-on expertise performing bacterial and mammalian protein expression, purification and subsequent physicochemical characterization. You will work with teams of discovery scientists to produce protein constructs supporting biologic drug discovery programs as they progress through the research and development pipeline. Additionally, you will contribute to new technology platform evaluations to improve support for challenging new therapeutic modalities. <br><br> Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:<br><br>• Implement and maintain highly efficient protein production pipelines, including the expression, purification and characterization of constructs at various scales. Experience with laboratory automation is highly desirable <br>• Deliver high quality protein samples within defined timelines to address projects’ current needs<br>• Effect the collection and documentation of all required characterization data and author reports and SOPs as required<br>• Represent the protein production function on project teams and present results, data interpretation, timelines etc. at project team meetings<br>• Interface with the development organization to affect the effective transfer of advanced candidates <br><br>[#video#https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mo1vwtVPVA0{#400,300#}#/video#]
