Because the greatest risk in life, is the risk of never trying!<br>Imagine what you could do here at Novartis! <br><br>The Production Lead is responsible for the leadership and daily management of a team of radio technicians manufacturing Radioligand Therapies. Accountable for ensuring safe and quality behavior while maintaining on-time and cost-effective production delivery. Support documentation, investigations, and continuous improvement of the process.<br><br>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<br><br>• Support a culture of safety, quality, diversity, and inclusion.<br>• Organize the team for daily activities and personal adjustments as necessary<br>• Ensure batches are executed in compliance with cGMP expectations, with Aseptic behaviors, and Good Documentation Practices.<br>• Identify, support, and implement process improvements working with a cross-functional team.<br>• Support Production leadership in communication of performance and barriers to execution during daily and other meetings.<br>• Author and review Standard Operating Procedures that pertain to Production activities.<br>• Oversee the training and development of Production technicians to ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to execute the process.<br>• Identify, originate, and support the initial impact assessment and ongoing investigation of any potential deviations.<br>• Interview and hire production staff in accordance with site guidance.<br>• Ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team to address production and quality issues.<br>Additional Specifications <br>• This position will involve wearing protective clothing and working in a Manufacturing Grade C clean room environment.<br>• This position requires shift work including weekends and potential for overtime.<br>• Maintain qualification in aseptic operations and process tasks.<br>• Strong interpersonal, written, communication skills along with problem solving and follow-up skills.<br>• Well organized, flexible, and work with minimal supervision.<br><br>The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $84,000.00 and $126,000.00 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
