They will generate reports, as requested by the government, assist with data management, and perform some QA on documents.They shall also assist with distribution of publications, as required, and maintain an inventory of supplies in order to alert the government when items are needed.+ All hard copy work requests shall be logged into the project management system within one (1) working day upon receipt of request.+ The contractor shall provide project management system metrics, tables, charts, and graphs for presentations.+ The contractor shall produce bi-weekly status reports and attend bi-weekly status meetings to report work status. These meetings are subject to change in scheduling due to other circumstances**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ The Production Controller shall have a high school diploma and be competent in workload distribution, tracking assignment status, above user-end knowledge of helpdesk automation applications, and interact with customers/requestors in a friendly and efficient manner.+ The Production Controller shall also possess knowledge, skills, and abilities to enter and update data in the Helpdesk Expert Automation Tool (HEAT) or other computer data bases, e.g. MS Project, using graphical user interfaces or character-based screens.+ The individual shall have program or project management support experience.The duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
