If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesObjective of the role:Primarily this will be a key role managing the flows of Data and contributions between IBM UK and its various Pension providers. In addition to this the job holder will be responsible for validating correct contributions levels on a monthly basis and dealing with complex employee questions on eligibility and contributions. A close interlock will be in place with the UK HR Pension Team, Vendors and IBM UK Payroll. At times there may be opportunities to work with the Global Workday team on process improvements.Responsibilities (including but not limited to):+ Processing Interface updates delivered from Workday out to Pension providers+ Monitoring and managing automated data feeds from Workday to Pension Providers+ Liaising with third party pension providers to ensure accurate data is maintained.+ Processing Contribution files twice a month working with Finance teams on reconciling against payroll and accounting system+ Managing IBM UK Pension Auto Enrollment processes+ Managing Pension updates in Workday, interlocking with the flexible benefits administration team, and following Pension Flexible benefit processes+ Raising payroll adjustments when required using Workday/IBM processes+ Contribution checking on a monthly basis for all UK Pension plan members+ Reporting to HR Pensions team on a monthly basis to enable effective controls assessmentRequired Technical and Professional Expertise+ Fluent English+ Some knowledge UK Pensions landscape and associated regulations would be beneficial+ Knowledge and experience in using Workday or other HR Systems would be beneficial+ Flexibility, to cover peak periods of processing and meet strict deadlines+ Methodical, with accuracy and attention to detail.+ Analytical Skills and good numeracy+ Team PlayerPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseNone.About Business UnitIBM Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) team represents a variety of functions such as marketing, finance, legal, operations, HR, and more, all working together to solve some of the world's most complex problems, help our clients achieve success and build collaborative work environments for IBMers.Your Life @ IBMWhat matters to you when you're looking for your next career challenge?Maybe you want to get involved in work that really changes the world?
