Production Coordinator
Combined Insurance, a Chubb Company, is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high energy, growing Marketing Department. This position reports to the Director of Production and partners with the Brand Marketing & Communications team to deliver insurance materials and assets to clients. The material is both for print and digital production. In addition to production, the ideal candidate will want to acquire an expertise about supplemental health products and assist with product marketing. The coordinator will collaborate with business partners and create solutions that are aligned with product, brand, legal and regulatory guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide production and execution support of product materials (enrollment collateral, sales brochures, etc.)
- Help create and apply approved design/layout templates to ensure brand consistency
- Prepare art files for release to print vendors and/or media partners
- Interest in learning about products to provide expertise over time in product marketing and product portfolio variations
- Edit/retouch images using Photoshop
- Manage the storage, organization, and nomenclature for a library of materials
- Participate in department meetings to discuss processes, project status, etc.
- Effectively communicate with inter-departmental stakeholders
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
