What you will do-

• Responsible for creating and/or maintaining processes related to ERP systems as it pertains to Operations taking into account financial implications.
• Influence Operations and project leadership to prioritize and approve systems improvements.
• Recommend and influence Operations Team Leaders on all process improvements, provide analytical explanations of variances, and direct manager’s attention to opportunities for improvement and/or corrective action.
• Provide feedback as the subject matter expert in the development and performance excellence of ERP system integrity and reporting.
• Prepares reports and analysis as needed, and assists management with presentation of reports and special projects.
• Strategic focus on customer satisfaction, solve problems through a consultative approach, operate with honesty and integrity, and provide a highly responsive level of customer service
• Commit to quality by continuously searching for ways to enhance performance while meeting all training and documentation criteria
• Understanding and utilizing databases (e.g., SQL, VBA) to make recommendations to Operations Team Leaders

What you need-

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with production plans- highly preferred.
