The Mission Solutions Operations Group at Leidos has an opening for a Cyber Operations Expertise Officer to work at the customer site in Northern Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise in helping the Juggernaut Program. This position is one of four key positions directly supporting the customer across multiple offices in a customer center. Work includes targeting and technical analysis and operational support. The selected candidate will serve as the focal point for program activities. Additional duties below:

• Deliver a cadre of personnel with requisite skillsets
• Manage Sponsor wide integration of program resources
• Manage critical programmatic linkages including adequate consideration of all relevant mission requirements, personnel assignments, financial constraints, and stakeholder equities
• Promote the refinements and alignment of Sponsor-unique labor requirements with the Sponsor’s emerging mission needs and analogous roles within the commercial sector
• Recommend innovative management ideas and solutions
• Requires ability to communicate with senior executive leadership (internally or client) regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization/project.
• Typically negotiates and compromises to convince internal and external parties to accept concepts, practices, and approaches of the area.

Requirements: Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph - candidates who do not currently possess this clearance will not be considered. BA/BS or equivalent experience (4 additional years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree) and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects. Must have experience supporting the SAR customer. Prefer candidates who have 8+ years of work experience with the SAR customer.
