This position has primary responsibility of maintaining the global Patient Operations scheduling/planning systems and processes, which enable best-in-class customer experience for our certified treatment centers across the globe.


  • Proactively monitor the cell therapy manufacturing activities for patient schedules as they move through the vein-to-vein process

  • Ensure all master data and scheduling systems are setup to facilitate the enrollment and scheduling of patients to receive Investigational and Commercial BMS cell therapies

  • Collaborate with BMS CAR T partners (i.e., Manufacturing, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain) in the creation and/or improvement of the supporting business processes.

  • Develop and enhance the patient scheduling systems and process in support of CAR T clinical and commercial operations globally.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and to develop and maintain strong business partner relationships. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • +4 years of master planning, scheduling, and supply chain operations, preferably in cell therapy or related field

  • Experience working in a regulated environment (cGMP/FDA).

  • Must be skilled in planning and organizing, conflict management, decision-making, building relationships, innovation management, and resource allocation.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Highly self-motivated individual, with demonstrated ability to work independently.

  • Flexibility in responding to change or business needs.
