Manager, Tax Operations

In this role you will be responsible for:<br><br> Assistance in preparation and review of interim and annual income tax provision in accordance with IFRS. <br> Responsible for quarterly management reporting and preparation / presentation of executive deliverables.<br> Maintenance, substantiation, and documentation of book to tax differences, reconciliation of income taxes payable accounts and tax account roll forwards.<br> Preparation and / or review of required documentation for external auditor’s interim reviews and year-end tax provision audit and responding to auditors’ inquiries.<br> Coordinate with tax planning and tax controversy teams as needed.<br> Research and analyze tax accounting and tax technical issues (including legislative changes and new accounting pronouncements) ensuring proper application and disclosures for income tax reporting and compliance purposes. <br> Assist in maintenance of SOX 404 controls, including updates to tax-related SOX 404 documentation, control design and testing.<br> Gather and analyze financial data, working across finance functions to ensure proper collection of tax sensitive data for the tax accounting and compliance processes. <br> Preparation and / or review of federal, state and local income tax filings as well as international tax forms.<br> Assistance with quarterly estimated income tax payments.<br> Adherence to the internal and external income tax compliance and reporting calendars to ensure all deadlines are met. <br> Assess income tax accounting implications of transactions, restructurings and other changes in business profile.
