Overall, we expect you to be transparent, inspect regularly, and adapt where needed. Curiosity, comfortable with ambiguity, ability to keep focus and remain resilient are probably the most important attributes you’ll need to succeed here. You will also work closely with a fellow Veteran as part of a cross-functional and enterprise portfolio team.

What you will be working on:

Experience that would benefit you (Not Exclusive):

· Ability to work effectively and efficiently through MS Teams and time zones in a hybrid environment and matrix organization

· Large initiative, multiple-unit mobilization, task force or joint-operations, or NATO Joint Operations/Command experience

· Working at Battalion Command and/or across company commands (Global Launches comprise teams from around the globe and in differing operational capacities/capabilities)

  • Project Portfolio expertise, and/or ability to lead initiatives across a portfolio or command structure

· Initiative leadership, across and above operational teams, with the potential to have worked internationally in a joint command setting

· Direct leadership at the Company or higher level, managing teams through teams

· Resilient, servant leadership, adaptive, collaborative, fast learner, and ability to delegate through influence or charting the course

· Strong influencer and stakeholder management skills

· Strong communicator across different levels of skills, learnings, and rank/seniority

· Ability to be both assertive and confident within a team without direct lines of authority
