Overseeing the development of promotional/go to market assets, such as emails, display units alerts, web content, video, media/ paid search content optimization, iPad resources, social media, disease awareness assets, congress promotion assets, (Payor resources), etc.
Prepares asset for and at times represent the work at various stages in the Medical/Legal review process.
Overseeing the development of medical education assets aligned with campaigns, such as off-the-shelf resources, drivers, emails, display units and banner ads, alerts, and video.
Managing timelines and other planning documents that drive the creation of optimized campaigns in support of market strategy and keeping the agency partners (both media and creative) on target.
Ensuring all tactics align with Marketing direction and MLR guidelines.
Working collaboratively with multiple internal teams including Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and PRT.
Managing the day-to-day interactions with the agency partner(s) and other outsourced vendors; leading the creation and monitoring of agency scopes of work (SOW) and participating in the bi-annual agency evaluation process.
Managing applicable budgets, scopes of work and purchase orders.
Implementing Safety Label Updates (SLUs) on promotional assets.
Education Minimum Requirements:
Required Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 1 year marketing, marketing operations, sales or business support experience in any industry.
Strong written/verbal communication skills as demonstrated through experience in strategy & marketing business case communication, sales interface, direct customer engagement and/or sales presentations.
Experience and success in cross-functional leadership and teamwork.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Agency and other 3rd party management skills.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Experience in the company end-to-end medical/legal review and delivery process.
