Description

The Support Center Operations Associate Specialist will be a member of the Global Support Center team and will assume responsibility for the service delivery of Tier 1 Helpdesk Support.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Global Support Center

  • Partner with Service Delivery Partners to enhance reporting capabilities within ServiceNow

  • Track and monitor all service escalations to closure and identify improvement opportunities

  • Analyzing metrics and data to identify trends and improvement opportunities across the support tiers globally

  • Collaborating with product and service owners across Information Technology (IT) to broaden the portfolio of client-facing knowledge and self-service offerings in order to reduce the number of calls to frontline support analysts

  • Collaborate with IT and business colleagues to understand global, regional, division, and local business requirements to successfully support products and services by the IT Service Desk

  • Develop customer-focused engagement sessions to identify opportunities to increase the end-user experience

  • Keep abreast of new technologies, methodologies, industry practices, and standards

Required Experience:

  • Minimum one (1) year of relevant work experience with a demonstrated record of customer focus and continuous professional growth

  • Exceptional interpersonal flexibility and ability to work independently on tasks that are not well defined

  • Ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams

  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills

  • Proactive nature and good organizational skills

  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills

  • Service and a results-oriented mindset

  • Accountability for achieving personal, team, and organizational objectives

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a customer support or contact center role

  • Experience working with colleagues and clients in different regions of the world

  • Technology field with a focus on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices

Education:

  • High School Diploma
  • BS Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Math is preferred

$54,000.00 - $91,600.00
