Job Description

Our Clinical and Pharmacovigilance teams manage studies to provide the safety and efficacy data required for regulatory approval of potential new drugs, vaccines and new indications for existing products. We ensure we conduct high quality clinical trials by integrating state-of-the-art technology and applying rigorous scientific and ethical standards.

Job Description:

  • This role will operate to support the Clinical Trial data flow from collection, review, and submissions. There is a critical data flow component and necessary to understand the end-to-end processes. We are looking for a business lead to manage a large volume of support and issues to ensure the business meets their trial deliverables in production state and executes flawlessly on their needs. This role will also need to Develop and Manage platform roadmaps by working with cross functional and external vendors and Manage platform demand and releases that drive business value and result.

Job responsibilities:

  • Pair with other cross functional teams to define and create platform mgmt. principles.

  • Bring agile mindset to the teams for faster delivery, high integrity and quality standards.

  • Drive solutions to blockers, risks and issues on all programs.

  • track and manage portfolio program and projects.

  • define metrics and KPI’s aligned with organization goals.

  • manage complexity and change as goals and priorities are realigned.

  • Make effective decisions when presented with options for how to progress projects.

  • communicate with leaders to keep priorities and projects aligned.

  • Streamline existing processes.

  • develop and deliver training to drive change management partnering with cross functional team and learning organization.

  • Build a relationship with trial teams to ensure issues are mitigated with proper analysis.

  • Manage effective stakeholder communications on issues and disruptions.

  • Manage communications across the organizations to ensure proper planning and proactive can be encountered.

  • Experience in a lead role executing/overseeing complex projects or organizational improvement initiatives preferred.

  • Broad understanding of drug development -safety, clinical trials, trial design, data management, trial operations, regulatory, privacy, ICH, and GCP preferred.

  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record in translating business strategies into clearly defined implementation roadmaps.

  • Project Management experience is desirable.

  • Critical thinker.

  • Demonstrated success in defining and executing high-impact technology and innovation road maps.

  • Proven track record in leading large cross-functional initiatives focusing on business benefit outcomes and faster business adoption.

  • Must have strong networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Demonstrates the courage to assume personal accountability in challenging situations.

  • Demonstrated unwillingness to accept the status quo.

  • Must have excellent oral and written communications skills - able to present information confidentially and effectively to leadership, peers, and team.

  • Ability to influence without authority and successfully manage business stakeholders.

  • Prior exposure to or demonstrated the use of design thinking and SDLC methodologies is desirable.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Health Care or related field.

Expected salary range:

$107,600.00 - $169,400.00
