As suas tarefas

Apoio geral ao desenvolvimento das atividades da Àrea de Commercial Operations:

• colaborar no desenvolvimento e implementação de novas ferramentas de análise de Mercado

• manter um acompanhamento diário dos resultados internos vs previsões e sinalizar potenciais desvios

• acompanhar os stocks existentes, agilizar com os vários intervenientes (logística/ supply/ qualidade) as previsões de entrada em stock, de forma a assegurar sempre a disponibilidade em stock vendável e assinalar potenciais desvios

• assegurar a coordenação entre os pedidos de clientes e os stocks internos

• atualização de relatórios essenciais à unidade de negócio (extração em SAP)

• análise das atuais ferramentas de análise e sugestão de melhorias

• extração mensal de relatórios Veeva

• extração semanal dos relatórios de Data Privacy Screening

• acompanhamento diário de relatórios de erro da faturação eletrónica

• apoio na implementação da faturação eletrónica a Armazenistas

• levantamento de necessidades especificas do negócio e identificação de soluções

• garantir que as empresas externas que prestam serviços à área de Commercial Operations cumprem os requisitos internos da empresa (assessments internos)

As suas qualificações

• Licenciatura requerida em disciplina científica (por exemplo, Farmácia, Biologia, Química) ou em Administração de Empresas

• Compreensão das infra-estruturas e processos das empresas farmacêuticas

• Interesse na análise de negócios e colaboração interfuncional

• Capacidade comprovada para desenvolver relações profissionais de cooperação dentro da organização

• Fortes capacidades de comunicação, interpessoal e de organização

• Mentalidade analítica e vontade de melhorar as coisas

• É capaz de executar tarefas em MS Excel

• Língua - Deve ser fluente em inglês e português

Welcome to our team

We are looking for an Intern to join our Commercial Operations team in Lisbon, Portugal, for a period of 12 months.

Your tasks

• General support to the development of the Commercial Operations' activities

• collaborate in the development and implementation of new market analysis tools

• maintain a daily follow-up of internal results vs forecasts and flag potential deviations

• monitor the existing stock, streamline with the various stakeholders (logistics / supply / quality) the forecasts for entry into stock, to ensure the availability of saleable stock and signal potential deviations

• ensure coordination between customer orders and internal stocks

• updating essential reports for the business unit (extraction in SAP)

• analysis of current analysis tools and suggestion of improvements

• monthly extraction of Veeva reports

• weekly extraction of Data Privacy Screening reports

• daily follow-up of electronic invoicing error reports

• support in the implementation of electronic invoicing to Warehouses

• survey of specific business needs and identification of solutions

• ensuring that external companies providing services to the area of Commercial Operations meet the internal requirements of the company (internal assessments)

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a scientific discipline (e.g. Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry) or in Business Administration

• Understanding of pharmaceutical company infrastructure and processes

• Interest in business analysis and cross-functional collaboration

• Proven ability to develop professional cooperative relationships within the organization

• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

• Analytical mindset and willingness to make things better

• Able to perform tasks in MS Excel

• Language - Must be fluent in English and Portuguese
