Because the greatest risk in life, is the risk of never trying!<br>Imagine what you could do here at Novartis!<br><br>The Site Operations Planner is responsible for managing the creation, communication, and execution of the end-to-end plan for site activities. This includes but is not limited to weekly batch allocations, validation/qualification/remediation/process development activities, as well as equipment maintenance & calibration.<br><br>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: <br>•The site’s “Go-To” person to handle all site wide planning and corresponding communication.<br>•Establish and optimize a planning process for key site functions to ensure visibility to the plan, communication of priorities and awareness of overdue activities<br>•Support in defining and planning agendas, delivering content and lead preparation for key site engagements and governance meetings including, but not limited to, Tier meetings, Finite Scheduling Meetings, and other core Strategy team meetings<br>•Facilitates the establishment of new processes to ensure smooth execution of make/test/release executions and handovers<br>•Drive accountability and awareness of teams missing their targets to ensure tracking of root causes and development of improvement plans<br>•Aligns with local and global Scheduling & Logistics to ensure proper prioritization of patient batches is planned and communicated<br>•Supports the implementation of tools that allows the visualization, tracking and prioritization of work along the value stream<br><br>The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $76,300.00 and $114,500.00 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
