The Social Media Supervisor provides real-time monitoring of all Bally Sports regional Twitter handles and Reddit threads during live events, identifying technical issues across all regions. A member of the Bally Sports Digital Operations Center providing quality control for all live streaming events, the Social Media Supervisor communicates all technical issues to Bally Sports customer support and internal teams, measuring the overall impact, urgency, and priority as it relates to the end user experience.

  • Monitor all Bally Sports region and team social media handles for negative or technical issue mentions by device, region, or event for escalation to Bally Sports customer support, aiding in all related technical troubleshooting

  • Identify the priority and impact for all raised issues, communicating with regional sports networks, and internal media and public relations teams, as well as providing white glove support for users as needed

  • Proactively communicate known device and product streaming issues to the customer support team as it relates to the end user experience

  • Work in conjunction with the digital operations supervisors and coordinator staff to monitor live event streams, providing quality control of Bally Sports digital products across a variety of platforms including web, mobile web, iOS, Android, and connected television devices

  • Aggregate and organize all technical mentions, creating and distributing daily and monthly social media metrics reports

  • Work closely with customer service and operations supervisors to identify top issue trends and customer support improvement opportunities

  • Manage the Bally Sports Subreddit page, offering technical support to Reddit users

  • Test and validate all Bally Sports bulk promo code order requests from partnering teams

  • Manage content operation processes for interactive trivia questions during live events, creating all questions and coordinating operational execution
