Associate Director of Admissions Operations
Under the supervision of the Assistant Vice President of Admissions, the Associate Director (Associate Director 2) manages the Slate CRM software, recruitment reporting, data management and communications planning for prospective and current applicants; serves as campus trainer and expert for the University’s application system, Slate; assists the Assistant Vice President in the development and implementation of goals, policies and procedures which impact the enrollment activities of the University; acts with the authority of the Assistant Vice President in their absence; and does related work as required. This position requires a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.
The Associate Director is a key member of the admissions team and division of enrollment services who works in collaboration with other managers within the division and campus partners to provide essential and accurate recruitment information and reports in a timely manner. Travel to the Kean Ocean campus in Toms River, New Jersey, Kean Skylands in Jefferson Township, New Jersey and other locations is required.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor’s degree and three years of professional experience in an enrollment services area in an institution of higher education is required. A Master’s degree and experience with managing Slate CRM is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
