THE OPPORTUNITY

営業戦略に基づき、IT部門と協業し、CRMシステム（Veeva等）構築・最適化、売上・活動・市場データ等分析を通してMR・リモートMR活動のサポート、活用データを定量的に評価し、営業戦略立案サポートや企画立案・推進、また、医薬品卸に対する流通戦略・企画のサポート、等を担当していただきます。

また、スタートアップ企業であるため、営業・流通の仕組みを創るプロセスにも参画できます。

Position Purpose

オルガノン製品の売上最大化や安定供給を継続させるための戦略立案・実行に携わり、会社利益に貢献します。

そのために、医療従事者や取引医薬品等卸売業者及び社内関連部門と連携を取りながら、法令及び業界ルール、並びにコンプライアンスにかかるGlobal及びLocalのコーポレートポリシー／社則に則り、以下の業務を遂行します。

Primary Responsibilities

• 定量的なデータに基づいた営業戦略策定サポート、営業企画立案・推進
• CRMシステム構築（Veeva, 等）により営業活動、イベント実施の運用・管理の最適化
• マーケティング部門やサプライチェーン部門をはじめとする他部門との連携
• 医薬品卸に対する流通戦略・企画のサポート
• 医薬品卸に対する物流関連業務の調整支援（供給問題等の緊急案件発生時、新製品上市等）

Qualification, Skills & Experience

Required:

• 英語（ビジネス英会話レベル）
• ITスキル（Power BI, Power Automate, Power Point, Excel, Word, 等）
• 製薬会社における3年以上の実務経験
• 起業家精神をもち、固定概念や既存の枠組みにとらわれない柔軟な発想ができる方
• 指示待ちでなく、自らの意志に基づく行動力があり、熱意あふれる方
