Job Summary:

We are seeking a Help Desk Technician at our corporate office in Herndon, VA. This is an entry level position. The position will provide the timely delivery of high-quality Level 1 services & support to all internal and external clients.

The position involves supporting and producing a high volume of client-facing documentation on behalf of our company in support of an array of our services. This role will successfully communicate and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders including, Program Management, Business Development, Service Area leads and other subject matter experts, as needed - and thus, is a highly visible role.

The CPOC should exhibit strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to generate creative ideas while working both independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate is expected to be a self-starter, multitasker who works well under pressure, and follows through on tasks.

NOTE : To be considered for this position, you must be a NANA Shareholder and own stock in “NANA Regional Corporation, Inc.” You must currently be enrolled in college or technical/vocational school.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Under general supervision, performs standard and some advanced administrative duties. Provide project support as needed and as directed.
  • Learn all aspects of the federal acquisition processes.
  • Analyze RFQs, RFPs and RFIs to learn to develop proposal outlines and development plans.
  • Learn to analyze designated competitors and customers using open-source data, and to use that information to develop decision-critical briefings for senior management.
  • Learn how to use protests, debriefs and DACIS / GovWin tools to obtain information and support analyses.
  • Help develop content to support RFPs and RFIs.
  • Support proposal kickoff and debrief meetings, as well as detailed proposal plans, schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices for all phases of proposal development.
  • Support all production aspects (word processing, graphics, editing, proofreading, reproduction, printing, collation, and binding) services in support of proposal activities.
  • Attend management reviews and approvals during proposal development.
  • Provide meaningful reviews and feedback in relation to proposal content, ensuring compliance to RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical requirements are addressed.
  • Support the development and submission of winning bid responses by working with the Bids team, the PTW team, internal experts and contractors, as required.
  • Research and gather information to include corporate information, product information, and other standard materials.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a NANA Shareholder and own stock in “NANA Regional Corporation, Inc.”
  • Must be currently enrolled in college or technical/vocational school
  • Possess excellent written and oral communications skills, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using SharePoint
