As a Manufacturing Operations Lead, you will be responsible for working with the team to complete all daily dispensary related activities. The lead will ensure safety, quality, and smooth day-to-day operations.

The lead is seen as a subject matter expert (SME) and drives day-to-day activities/assignments with minimal direction and will train/mentor manufacturing associates on all relevant production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be well organized, flexible and work with minimal supervision. Provide guidance in the dispensary area including coaching and enforcement of procedures outlined in SOPs, WPs, and SDAs.

• Train associates on the technical skills and knowledge for the dispensary area. Review of data entered into the systems/logbooks for accuracy.

• Proficient in the use of production related IT systems such as SAP, LIMS, MES and support real-time system troubleshooting.

• Ensure accurate SAP inventories are maintained for all components and assist with monthly cycle counts.

• Ensure timely response to all kitting requests, and dispensary area has ample supply of non-inventory items. Ability to collaborate with other groups, teams and departments in addressing inventory related issues.

• Enforcement of best-in-class cGMP, cGLP, and aseptic behaviors.

• Authoring and/or reviewing documentation that pertains to dispensary related activities.

• Requires handling of chemicals such as corrosives, solvents, and bio-hazardous materials.

Additional Notes:

• This role is Sunday-Wednesday, 2nd Shift (1:00-11:30pm).

Role Requirements

• High School Degree or GED equivalent. Associate’s degree preferred.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.

• 3-5 years of related experience in cGMP/FDA regulated industry. Warehouse experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills along with problem solving and follow-up skills are required.

• SAP/MES knowledge

Desirable Requirements:

• Alternate shifts, weekends and overtime may be required.

Pay transparency statement: The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $31.73 and $47.60/hour; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/24 through 12/31/24 fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
