[Register to View] 115653934xxmsonormal">The MIT Museum seeks an associate video production coordinator to work closely with the MIT Nord Anglia Collaboration and assume responsibility for video shooting, editing, and organizing video production logistics. The MIT Museum has a formal multi-year agreement with Nord Anglia Education to provide science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) programming to students and teachers at more than 85 Nord Anglia K12 schools around the world. The collaboration produces multiple videos each month that are shared with a large, international audience.

[Register to View] 115653934xxmsonormal">Responsibilities will include shooting (using Sony equipment) and editing videos (using Adobe Premiere Pro) and coordinating their release on several platforms; coordinating the production of nine MIT Challenge videos annually including scheduling the shoots and maintaining a spreadsheet of schools highlighted in the videos; assisting with location scouting, scheduling, shooting, editing, special effects, and logistical needs; creating data-driven reports; coordinating the growth, organization, and maintenance of a video library for use by the whole team; building relationships with videographers and digital editors for video production needs; developing and maintaining relationships with MIT faculty, staff, students, and administrative staff; staying informed on research, discoveries, and other STEAM news for the benefit of Nord Anglia students and teachers; supporting logistics and operations for annual trips and other big events; and performing other duties as requested.
