We are Compulse, the Sinclair, Inc. division focused on marketing/advertising technology (MarTech/AdTech). We’re building a best-in-class omni-channel marketing platform for media companies and digital agencies to sell more digital advertising. Our SaaS-based platform supports omni-channel media planning, sales proposals, automated to fulfillment, and insightful and actionable reporting and analytics.

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator to collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, customer success and current/prospective partners.


  • Assist the Custom Solutions Manager(s) with their assigned clients. Manage the customization of a client’s instance and platform usage. This includes, but is not limited to, creating and managing products, creating and managing slides, training and support, and reporting.
  • Assist the Customer Solutions Director as needed. Example tasks include, but are not limited to: reviewing metrics, executing client outreach plans, aiding in user adoption, and system upkeep.
  • Collaborate with the Account Managers on shared clients ensuring all account needs are handled and delivering towards the shared objective of driving revenue growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with, but not limited to, Products, Data, Support, Sales, and Marketing, in the development and growth of Compulse 360.
  • Assist in the creation of product content (processes, promotional/training videos, sales/marketing collateral, etc) for Compulse’s Media Planner Tool and Order Management System (OMS), including product positioning – for marketing content and sales materials.
  • Prepare and present software training for end users.
  • Be an industry expert – customer needs, requirements, trends, competitors, opportunities, etc.
  • Provide customer, sales and market feedback to product and account management teams – detailing use cases, competitive threats, prioritization, market opportunities, etc.
  • Leverage customer feedback and data to identify new opportunities, determine product/feature success and improve customer experience.
  • Generate content for QBRs alongside the Compulse Account Management Team to show trends in usage, KPIs (average deal size, number of products sold, closing percentage, etc.), and develop plans to increase adoption and improve KPIs on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding Team to implement, configure, and customize Compulse software solutions, including the Media Planner/Proposal Tool, to new Compulse local media and ad agency partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, and/or other Ad Tech disciplines.
  • Experience with SaaS-based products.
  • Experience working directly with customers, sales, marketing and executives.
  • Proven analytical thinking, content generation, project management, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Track record of delivering results, ownership, and strong focus on growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence effectively across all levels.
  • Positive attitude and good culture fit is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advertising/marketing products
  • Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem/industry highly desired, including media planning, Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), programmatic advertising, Facebook Ads, Google AdWords and related performance metrics.
  • Experience operating in a startup environment.
  • Experience with data analytics, reporting, UIs, self-serve and customer experience
  • Strong PowerPoint skills to expedite content creation. Bonus would be ‘Photoshop’ and/or video editing.
