Compulse, the Enterprise Team, is looking for a Digital Sales Coordinator work directly with our external clients and assigned Account Managers. This role will be an entry point within the agency with the purpose of learning our products, processes, and systems to build a foundation for growth into future roles within the agency.

This position will report to the Director of Account Management with direct support for Account Managers. Day to day communication will be with Account Managers.

Customer Service Job Duties:

  • Direct engagement with external clients to ensure orders are entered with all assets and information required for proper booking and fulfillment prior to going to Ad Ops.
  • First line review of incoming orders for completeness and accuracy.
  • Understand digital campaign requirements for programmatic (CTV, display, preroll), social and paid search campaigns.
  • Know best practices for creatives including ad tags and UTM tags, flights and other campaign components required for successful campaign builds.
  • Ability to quickly identify missing campaign components or creative issues and resolve.
  • Ability to respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries about digital campaign requirements.
  • Identify customer training needs based on order submissions challenges.
  • Provide basic order entry demonstrations as needed.
  • Work hand in hand with account managers and sales teams to establish relationships with clients and ease of use of order entry systems.
  • Help with actual order entry for partners when needed.
  • Resolve issues by taking the appropriate action and knowing when to escalate issues to account managers.
  • Formulate responses in professional and correct grammatical writing
  • Must be able to organize, prioritize review of all orders entered based on VIPs and order value.
  • Alert and communicate with internal teams required to fulfill VIP orders.
  • Track and manage queues in a ticketing system for follow up from partners.
  • Ensure deadlines for go live are met.
  • Communicate go live delays with partners.
  • Ensure consistency in advertiser naming for modifications to existing campaigns or additional campaigns for existing advertisers.

Project Coordination Duties:

  • Works with various internal teams to create production orders for creative services and best practices for platforms are adhered to.
  • Must be able to understand digital reporting and analytic metrics to ensure campaign set up will support reporting requirements.
  • Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings and product trainings

Production Ticket Coordination Duties:

  • Work within the digital marketing outreach team on sending out production tickets to third-party vendors.
  • Expand basic understanding of all digital tactics.
  • Support clients by providing updates for campaign builds and modifications.
  • Responsible for communications between third-party vendors and clients, acting as a liaison.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year-experience with digital technologies, including social media, PPC and programmatic digital solutions.
  • Requires a highly professional communication skillset, including excellent grammar, copywriting, spelling accuracy, and excellent phone & conversation skills
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment. Remain flexible to meet business needs, actively adapt to meet changing industry and stakeholder needs
  • Must be able to maintain composure in stressful situations, and be proficient in finding solutions and diffusing angry or upset customers
  • Must have strong listening skills, and be empathetic and able to effectively relate to clients
  • Understanding of digital analytics and reporting tools is a plus
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office products
  • Hubspot, Placements.io, Jira and/or Zen Desk experience a plus.
