What you’ll be doing...

Support Verizon’s sustainability goals and drive costs out of the business through pursuit of energy efficiency rebates. Candidates will verify opportunities, collect supporting documentation, and process associated applications in order to capture incentives for qualifying projects.

This may include contacting the utility, scheduling pre/post site visits, gathering pertinent information regarding facility and/or equipment specifications, collecting estimated energy savings related to projects, and finally tracking projects, associated savings, and checks received.

  • Identify projects and available rebate opportunities, both prescriptive and custom programs
  • Work with Facility/Property Managers or Vendors to collect existing equipment information and validate equipment/project eligibility
  • Serve as the utility’s point-of-contact throughout the application process
  • Prepare application including collection of supporting documentation (SOW/Cut Sheets)
  • Arrange pre- and post-project inspections
  • Receive incentive payment, apply general ledger coding, credit capital project
  • Track entire application process in multiple systems (Xcel, TRIRIGA)

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or oneor more years of work experience.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor degree in a Facility related field or equivalent experience in Facilities Management and building trades
  • High level project management and customer service skills
  • Experience in Facilities Management

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $55,000 and $103,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
