The department

We are managing the workplace facilities and we are looking for two interns who support us on two different projects. As a a start date, we have aimed to have the person starting in February 2023. The workload can be 50-100%. The internship can be 5-6 months with the possiblity to extendWe have two different projects available:

  • Project Management Office: a second one centered around the selection or creation of a tracking tool designed to manage projects/ delivery and commitments

  • Facilities: one centered around the creation of a quality system designed to enable compliance to Organon EHS standards

Internship Responsibilities

... for the Internship in Project Management Office (PMO)

  • Creation of reporting management platform to track activities according to Corporate Objectives (pilot for EMEA region with an opportunity to globalize if successful):

  • Creation of a reporting dashboard Assessment of spendings against Forecast

  • Assessment of trends and opportunity for optimization/built in intelligence

Internship Responsibilities

... for the Internship in facilities: Assessment of office compliance against environment, sustainability, and safety across regional portfolio (40 countries)

  • Organon Fire and Life safety standard (SN34) assessment and development of action plans to close CAPAs

  • Identification of energy saving programs (Water/ Energy/ Waste)

  • Network across Co-Working partner such as WeWork and IWG (Spaces + Regus)

Requirements

... for the Internship in Project Management Office (PMO)

  • Being enrolled or recently graduated in a related subject

  • Interested in Employee Experience creation drivers

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills

  • Strong interest and savviness in information technology

  • Collaborative work approach

  • Curious/ motivated/ self-starter

  • Strong Excel user skills, pivot tables, access database

  • Strong command of English; German is a plus
