We look for people who have a safety-first mindset, who are collaborative team players, who deliver on their commitments, who are innovators in search of a better way, and who believe in inclusion.Working at Nutrien will provide you an opportunity to help us _Feed the Future,_ and grow your career.This position reports to Legal Counsel.**What you will do:**+ Manage the Retail divisions real estate functions+ Act as the primary contact for real estate matters within the Legal Department+ Coordinate documentation and closing of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures+ Draft contracts, including easements, environmental agreements, rail agreements, access agreements, leases and various other agreements+ Prepare closing binders for real estate transactions+ Record documents with the various recorders offices+ Manage real property database+ Develop and run reports related to tracking property+ Track, log and process property-related invoices for payment+ Work with rail roads regarding property transfer+ Collaborate to support legal department team members+ Ensure real property matters and contracts are completed in accordance with company policies, including limits of authority policies and client specifications and timing+ Assist legal counsel, as needed+ This position may require some travel**What you will bring:**+ 5 years of experience in the legal environment, preferably at a boutique real estate law firm, in the real estate or land department of a large company, or in the real estate practice group at a full-service law firm+ Paralegal certificate+ Bachelors degree considered an asset+ Experience drafting contracts+ Strong writing, critical thinking, and analytical skills+ MS Word and Adobe Pro skills, including experience with generating redlines+ Ownership mindset+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail+ Self-motivated and results oriented mindset+ A passion to deliver best-in-class customer service for both internal and external stakeholders+ Strong interpersonaland communication skills (both written and verbal)with the ability to build rapport and work successfully with others+ Ability to handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly+ Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency+ Ability to work independently and as a team member**Compensation & Benefits:**Salary Range $53,200-$76,000 per annum.This range is estimated for a Paralegal, Real Estate in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.
