This position may require up to 15% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international). Please note that this role would not provide relocation assistance/support.</i><br><br>The purpose of the role is to support the successful planning and execution of Patient & Specialty Services (PSS) program launches based on reusable frameworks, tools, methodologies and processes. The candidate will be integral member of the PSS Program Launch & Change Excellence team to help assist in accelerating the quality and timeliness of launch preparation and post-launch operational excellence of all patient support programs. <br><br><b>Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: </b><br>• Assist in the planning and execution of key pre and post launch activities to operationalize patient support programs in market – day to day activities may include user acceptance testing, contact center call simulations, launch readiness preparation, post-launch hypercare, and retrospective feedback sessions <br>• Coordinate with PSS Program Launch & Change Excellence Lead to help track the deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies across the cross-functional launch team <br>• Help build to practical frameworks, tools, methodologies, and processes to enable consistent, reliable, repeatable approach for launch excellence <br>• Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of various methodologies, regulations, processes, timelines, and general approach underlying the company’s current and potential products/support services <br>• Prepare agenda and meetings minutes to efficiently manage progress across a cross-functional group of stakeholders <br>• Collaborate with other PSS Program Launch & Change Excellence, PSS Franchise, Patient Support Center, and PSS Center of Excellence team members to execute on pre and post program launch activities <br><br>[#video#https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggbnzRY9z8w{#400,300#}#/video#]
