Associate Director, Corporate Financial Services
Job Description

Position Description
The Associate Director, Management Reporting is responsible for the preparation and review of the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and analysis of our Company's financial results presented to Executive Management and the Board of Directors. The Associate Director also participates in and supports our Company's external reporting process, with a focus on accurately identifying, analyzing, and articulating key performance drivers.
Functions include, but are not limited to:
Preparation of the analyses and associated commentary incorporated in the Quarterly Board Book and the Chief Financial Officer’s presentations provided to the Board of Directors and Executive Management
Preparation of monthly financial schedules, analyses, and the Monthly Management Summary for Executive Management
Preparation of schedules, analyses, and commentary used in connection with the quarterly earnings press release, supporting the Investor Relations, External Reporting, and Global Communications Teams
Participation in external reporting requirements (10-Q,10-K) including the preparation of various supplemental schedules, financial charts, and analyses
Utilization of Business Intelligence tools for Data Analytics and insights
Lead and support SOX testing with Internal and External audit.
Preparation of ad hoc analyses as required
Position Qualifications
Education Minimum Requirement:
B.S. in Accounting and/or Finance.
MBA and/or CPA preferred.
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of five years of work experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning and analysis roles
Strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and quality
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with key stakeholders in finance, manufacturing, research, commercial operations and the global support functions, and a strong client focused and business acumen
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while producing high quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
Working knowledge of our Company's accounting, and financial reporting and planning systems and processes.
Effective and demonstrated strengths in oral and written communication, presentations, organizational and analytical skills
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Strong Excel Skills and PowerPoint skills
Familiarity with BPC BRIDGES and an aptitude to learn BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI
Effective problem solving and creative thinking abilities
