The Department of Children and Families (DCF), Office of Education has an immediate need for a Senior Food Service Handler at the DCF Regional School – Mercer Campus, located in Trenton, NJ.
This position assists with the work involved in food preparation and service and may take the lead in a group of Food Service Workers, patients, or inmates engaged in storing and preparing food for cooking and in serving food; transports prepared meals; does related work.
Please note that schools within OOE have a 12-month school year.
REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of experience in general unskilled kitchen or food service work.
LICENSE: Appointee will be required to possess a driver’s license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

SALARY: $33,923.18 - $47,202.86 per year.
