ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

As a Cybersecurity Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the success plan in CyberdomeUSA sales to critical infrastructure entities. This will include managing deal cycles from lead generation through to close, and it will include reporting to and strategizing with the Group CEO. You will be the primary contact and will be responsible to successfully navigating sales objections and competitive solutions and negotiating contracts. As a Sales Manager, you will be accountable for developing a plan that will lead to hitting your goal, with the full assistance of the company to make you successful.

GENERAL FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Perform market research and Lead generation activities.
  • Develop and deliver proposals to answer specific needs of prospects
  • Develop sales management (ITO Tracker) reports when requested.
  • Attend conferences and trade shows when needed.

  • Sales calls will include remote electronic, phone and in person face to face as warranted.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with computer systems and electronic medical records.
REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A college degree in the organization's industry, administration or a related field.
  • In some cases, a degree or education qualification may be waived off or considered equal to more relevant work experience
PREFERRED WORK EXPEREINCE
  • One of the following;
    • Army/Navy/Coast Guard -Cybersecurity Warrant Officer or Operator
    • Air Force Cybersecurity Program Manager or Operator (17S/1B4X1)
    • At least 3 or more years of sales experience.
  • Having current relationships that can be leveraged to develop leads is a plus.
  • Demonstrated history of hitting sales goals and consistently being over quota.
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • This position is based out of either Louisville (preferred) or Atlanta metro area and will be a non-exempt (W2) position with company benefits. While some interactions may be online, this job lends itself to face-to-face interaction at potential customer sites.
  • An ideal candidate should be able to sit, stand, and operate a vehicle for extended periods of time, with an occasional need to fly if required.
  • Reasonable domestic travel to facilities, conferences, and customers can be expected to carry out the role and responsibilities.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE

· $50-60k plus commission (commission paid on new revenue received during first year sale)

Job Type: Full-time



Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
