What You Will Do

Support the Treasury team on the execution of company initiatives related to debt and capital market strategies, short-term and long- term cash flow forecasting, all aspects of reporting to both the internal Treasury Group and Management

  • Assist in the actual reporting, budgeting and projection process for interest income, interest expense, balance sheet and cash flow including creating analyses and reporting packages and preparation of monthly presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors including Cash Flow Report, Capital Market Update, Counterparty Risk Analysis and BOD Capital Plan, among others;

  • Participate on various debt and capital market transactions such as bond offerings and interest rate hedging. Prepare or review entries and analysis for the maintenance of the interest rate hedging program and assist with analysis of proposed hedging related transactions.

  • Consolidate or review consolidation of the standard quarterly Treasury reports for disclosure in Quarterly and Annual SEC filings;

  • Prepare or review the preparation of monthly Common Stock reconciliation report;

  • Support the execution of the company’s Capital Plan including assisting with the capital market issuances, credit facility maintenance, share repurchases and other capital structure-related projects;

  • Compile or review compilation of data from internal divisions and external banks and vendors to prepare quarterly analyses on bank “wallet share” allocations;

  • Assist in preparation and analysis of mid to long range cash forecasts;

  • Provide informal mentoring to and perform a first level review for many activities performed by the financial rotational analyst.

  • Serve as a back up for other Treasury Analysts (Operations and International) on an as needed basis;

  • Participate in corporate wide projects (including acquisitions, financings, etc) as requested;

  • And other duties as assigned.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant discipline.

  • 4+ years of relevant experience required

  • Experience with HFM, Bloomberg, SAP and Microsoft office is strongly preferred.

You will need to live within commuting distance to our Kalamazoo, MI office. You will need to be in the office 2-3 days a week, but you will have the flexibility to work from home on the other days
