You are a critical part of the Pre-Sales organization for CortexAI, Deloitte's proprietary AI platform for delivering AI and Analytics services to our clients. The Pre-sales organization is key to driving the success of this platform, through increased adoption, driving sales, and providing subject matter expertise to guide use of platform.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the platform's adoption, and positioning Deloitte for market wins, working closely with a cross functional product team.

Work you'll do

  • Increase adoption of the platform by empowering our sales force, including our channel partners, with sales playbooks, quals, pitches, and trainings
  • Design and execute trainings for our ever-growing sales force and channel partners, tailored to the offerings and market segments. Articulate clearly the product features, new releases, benefits, and offerings to technical and business users alike
  • Support US and Global sales teams by providing customer specific content to go to market, including standard RFI/RFPs responses
  • Work closely with Product Management and Marketing to maintain alignment on broader external and internal messaging. Provide inputs as needed.
  • Drive high quality content creation both for internal and external consumption
  • Function like a project manager in keeping sales content up-to-date and accessible to a diverse and large sales team, in a fast-paced environment. This includes, but not limited to internal / external websites, ready-to-use proposal materials, industry tailored sales content pitches, playbooks, quals, etc.
  • Strive to drive continuous improvement to streamline the processes to support the above


What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in the sales, marketing, or an equivalent function in a software or professional services environment.
  • Prior experience writing sales or marketing content for technical products is preferred
  • Superior messaging capabilities, with the ability to articulate complex business issues and/or industry trends in a clear, concise, and impactful style; prior experience developing content for large and diverse audience is preferred
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in MS power point and can create visually appealing content for audiences of different types and levels
  • Self-starter, flexible, detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills. Project management experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple threads of work simultaneously while consistently delivering high quality results, and seeking direction when needed
  • Successful performance in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to travel once per quarter, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
