What you’ll be doing...

This person is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. You willensurethat the organization's operation and procedures meet the industry compliance standards and in-house policies by certifying that proper controls/alerts/reports are available and within thresholds. Responsibilities of this role include system development and planning of sprints using Agile methodology approach.

  • Manage the ongoing review of materials and communication tools to ensure departments meet compliance requirements.
  • Analyze internal systems, processes, and tools to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Conduct compliance audits and interpret these reports for various departments.
  • Work with the product owners and the stakeholders to understand the scope, define deliverables, and establish controls to measure performance.
  • Conduct analysis to determine why metrics/controls are not within established parameters, determine the impact to business, and identify enhancements.
  • Oversee the day-to-day data management for metrics, alerts, analytics, data cleaning, anomaly detection and preparation.
  • Performs Gap Analysis for main core business processes and maintains up to date our portfolio of operational/business metrics, controls, alerts, dashboards and escalation procedures for our internal clients.
  • Effectively communicates and escalates when alerts are triggered to all business areas involved.
  • Provide analysis to business owners to establish thresholds that will be utilized to determine alerts.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience
  • 2 years of Data Analysis or Process Improvement experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Access), Oracle SQL query
  • Knowledge of Visual data representation and data analytics tools

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering such as Industrial and Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education or practical experience required
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in and follow through in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with software, databases and/or billing systems that enable access to the information that must be reported
  • Experience/Exposure to: Visualization, Coding, business consulting, Database Architecture, Data Mining, Collaboration, and Ability to use the various tools we are engaging: Tableau, Cognos, Glassbox, Dynatrace, ThoughtSpot, RAID
  • The ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment and to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Experience with telecommunications regulatory compliance
  • Experience working within a software, contact center or telecommunications industry would be advantageous
  • A good understanding of US regulators and the requirements including; FCC, TCPA,CPNI, PII
