Eaton’s IS VEH Power Connections division is currently seeking a Sales Analyst. This position is a hybrid opportunity and can be based at one of the following locations: Southfield MI, Marshall MI, Carol Steam IL, Moon Township PA or Beachwood OH.

The Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sales Team with direct internal and external data to help drive an efficient process when addressing the markets. Maintain pricing and profitability for all customers. This role works in conjunction with the Sales Team to forecast upcoming events, platforms, Go-Gets, and price changes. This role will be responsible to breakdown data to enable actionable insights and drive what the team should do or should be doing as programs develop. The Sales Analyst will work with all team members, mostly focused on the Sales Leaders and forward strategy thinking / planning.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $65250.0 - $95700.0 a year.

What you’ll do:

  • Support NA Sales Team with quarterly price changes and base price changes
  • Help maintain profitability with key customers and parts
  • Manage KPI Charts, and multiple additional Charts to track business
  • Forecast SOP, EOP, and Major Refresh Platforms across OEMs to Sales Teams
  • Maintain, clean, organize and up to date Opportunities Values
  • Drive smart data in our systems, from our teams, and through the Opp’s to Win process
  • Drive Opportunity Closures based on SOP across team
  • Manage CPV’s per platforms, OEM’s, Markets, and more
  • Verify New Business Awards prior to claiming as WIN in process, confirm all information is 100% completed
  • Complete Monthly Sales Reports
  • Complete Quarterly & Bi-Annual Reports
  • Support profit plan and strategic plan processes where necessary
  • Manage team to support monthly report and report out submissions
  • Work to master Oracle / C360 software

Qualifications:

Required Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR candidates with an anticipated graduation date by 08/2024.
  • Minimum of 1 completed internship and/or co-op within Finance, Sales, Program Management and/or Project Management
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future
  • No relocation is available for this position. Only candidates that reside within 50 miles of Southfield MI, Marshall MI, Carol Stream IL, Moon Township PA or Beachwood, OH will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business and/or Finance
  • Two (2) years or more of professional experience in an operations and/or manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical experience, using Excel, C360, Power BI, Oracle
  • Experience in transportation/industrial businesses
  • Experience dealing with Automotive Detroit 3 (Ford, GM, Stellantis)

Skills:

  • Ability and willingness to travel, as required
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross functionally and to influence without direct authority
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and computer skills (i.e. Power Point, Excel & Word)
  • Strong results orientation and execution characteristics
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent and timely decisions and solve problems independently
