The Sales Operations Specialist is supporting overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organizations and overseeing and improving the entire sales processes landscape incl. up- and downstream processes. The Sales Operations Specialist for Austria and Switzerland is supporting the deployment of sales strategy and driving the effective use of sales tools & technology to aid data-informed decision making to support the overall growth goals of the country.The key responsibilities:+ Proactively analyzes, documents, streamlines and optimizes the core sales process and connects them seamlessly with all up- and downstream process elements.+ Supports the sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization and proactively initiates measures aiming to improve the overall accuracy and quality of these processes.+ Works on data analysis in order to identify customer and product mix changes and margin loss, then suggests preventive actions.+ Coaches & drives competency learning to successfully manage the end to end customer journey through our selling cycle to post sales.+ Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports, dashboards and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports and/or defines and produces metrics and dashboards to support decision making & accelerate competency in data usage.+ Acts as project leader for selected sales & sales related projects, i.e. roll-out of new tools, dashboards or processes.+ Monitors and ensures high level of data quality in CRM and initiates measures aiming to improve CRM data quality. QualificationsYour Profile:+ First experience of working in B2B sales, sales support, sales operations or business development, ideally in a technical environment+ Project management skills+ Analytical and reporting skills+ Strong knowledge of Excel (PowerBI very welcome)+ Relationship and network building abilities+ Fluency in German and English (verbal & written)+ Business acumen+ Good communication skillsOptional:+ Process description and documentation expertise incl. process mapping tools+ Experience with ERP, financial systems and other software toolsThe compensation is based on the Austrian collective bargaining agreement of the electrical and electronics industry in the respective employment group (F).The minimum base salary for this position is from EUR 42.000 gross annually.
