What You Will Do

The individual selected for this sales support oriented position will be the main support person for Key Accounts Managers and Key Account Program Managers supporting the MAKO IDN and surgery center markets. They will act as the primary contact for the Key Accounts group in providing reporting for Mako customers managed by Key Accounts. The position will require an understanding of customer reporting and mako utilization, as well as being responsible for supporting all sales activities.

Support KAM and KAPMs by:

  • Creating and managing all aspects of Mako Program reporting for Key Accounts customers, including presentations to senior corporate customers (Division VPs, Corporate VPs, CEOs)

  • Interacting with the Mako Capital team and Joint replacement organization to assess Mako program health and monitor effects of ongoing customer development plans.

  • Creating financing pricing quotes and templates, including buyout and trade ups of existing transactions

  • Assist in managing and developing the Key Accounts funnel with the Mako Capital Team.

  • Assist in managing quarterly business reviews with Key Accounts customers.

  • Assist in market analysis for Mako business plans.

Support the larger Mako initiative by:

  • Demonstrating a superior level of understanding about financing and Stryker

  • Leveraging knowledge and experience in the role to act as a resource

  • Working closely with sales ops, contracting, and finance to make sure deals meet Stryker’s requirements

  • Creating process improvements and implementing change

  • Analysis of deal metrics to evaluate Mako programs and specific deals in the program

  • Being the Key Accounts point person for CRM improvements

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2+ years relevant experience required

  • Experience with Power BI

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

Valued but not required skills and experience:

  • Experience with improving processes and managing projects

  • Strong presentation skills

  • 2 years salesforce.com

  • 2 years of lease payment pricing experience

  • Leadership experience
