Omnichannel Strategy Lead U.S. Oncology Marketing Strategy and Operations (HYBRID)
Job Description
The Omnichannel Strategy Lead for U.S. Oncology Marketing Omnichannel Strategy and Operations will be responsible for the development and enhancement of unique Oncology customer experiences for all personas across Health Care Provider (HCP), Patient, and Payer marketing. A need for expertise across all channels is critical and this role will need to work closely with the US Market to ensure best practices/recommendations are implemented.
The Omnichannel Strategy Lead for the U.S. Oncology Omnichannel Strategy and Operations team reports to the Director of the U.S. Oncology Marketing Omnichannel Strategy and Operations Team.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner with US Oncology Health Care Provider (HCP), Patient, and Payor Marketing Teams and US Market Commercial Operations – capability functions to identify Health Care Provider (HCP), patient, and key account personas and develop preferred experiences for each persona
Prioritize physician and digital channels based on preferred customer experiences to include in omnichannel engagement strategies and plans for each Oncology-specific customer type and persona
Develop preferred experiences within and across each priority channel to maximize customer experience
Identify, develop, maintain, and evolve US Oncology customer experiences across all personas
Identify pain points in the Oncology customer experiences and partner with , US Market Commercial capability functions, US Human Heath, and other functions to address pain points and increase overall customer satisfaction
Support development of US Market omnichannel roadmap by continually providing US Oncology omnichannel customer experience requirements into the evolving US Omnichannel Roadmap
Identify Oncology-specific/bespoke data and research requirements to inform the development and evolution of customer experiences
Work in close partnership with US Oncology Customer Experience & Data Insights colleague
Position Location: Upper Gwynedd, PA with hybrid work model (combination of in-office/work from home ability). Relocation assistance provided.
Education Minimum Requirements
Required: Bachelor's degree
Desired: Master's degree
Required Experience And Skills
Minimum of five (5) years of marketing strategy, customer experience, and multi-channel marketing with an emphasis on Omnichannel digital strategy that optimizes overall customer experience to drive business results.
Understanding of US Healthcare Systems, including the nature of business interactions & dynamics between payers, regulators, physicians, and plan members
Proficient in working within collaborative, fast-paced environments, building and maintaining strong relationships, peer influence, building effective working relationships with colleagues, and delivering high-quality work
Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical critical thinking, and planning skills
Demonstrated strength to function and influence others effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with frequently changing priorities
Strong business acumen with ability to translate complex concepts clearly and concisely to broad audiences.
Strong project management and execution skills, with experience working in agile environments
Preferred Experience And Skills
Associate Director Level of Marketing or equivalent from Agency/Consultancy
Oncology pharmaceutical marketing experience
Omnichannel marketing experience
Agile team experience
