Job Summary

We’re looking for full-time Marketing Specialist to join our marketing strategy and day-to-day operations teams. The individual will assist in key areas of marketing and may be involved in the following: developing market insights, campaign strategy, creative concepting, writing, production, design and/or post-production responsibilities for Penske websites, collateral, social media channels as well as for internal and external events and communications.

This position is located at our corporate offices in a beautiful country setting 7 miles South of Reading, PA which is a convenient commute with ample free and easy parking.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage misc. Marketing support projects as assigned for the various marketing communication channels
• Provide marketing support for the various teams creative, communications, research etc.
• Develop working knowledge of Penske’s brand, Marketing teams and initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to move marketing initiatives forward

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required
• At least 1 year of Marketing experience required
• Experience supporting campaigns or other Marketing programs
• Strong written communication skills desired
• Must be able to collaborate with others
• Strong analytical skills
• Must enjoy working on a variety of projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
