Job Description

＜ポジション概要＞

製薬会社のデジタルマーケティング戦略の策定と実行を担当し、製品のオンラインプロモーションを最適化する。デジタル広告の企画・実施、ウェブサイトやソーシャルメディアの運用、コンテンツマーケティングの企画・実施、デジタルマーケティングの効果測定とレポーティングなどの業務を担当する。

＜職務詳細＞

• デジタルマーケティング戦略の策定: 製薬会社のビジネス目標に合わせたデジタルマーケティング戦略を策定し、実行計画を立案する。
• デジタルマーケティングの企画・実施: オンラインプロモーション・キャンペーンの企画・実施を担当し、効果測定を行いながら改善策を提案する。
• デジタルマーケティングの効果測定とレポーティング: デジタルマーケティング活動の効果を定量的・定性的に測定し、レポートを作成し、戦略の評価や改善策の提案を行う。
• ウェブサイトの運用:医療従事者業界関係者向けの情報を掲載するウェブサイトの企画・設計と実装を行い、他の営業・プロモーション業務と連携した活用・運用を行う。
• コンテンツマーケティングの企画・実施: 製品・効能に関連するコンテンツの企画・制作・配信を行い、顧客への情報提供や関心喚起を図る。
• 関連部署との連携: グローバルを含む関連するチーム・部署と連携し、製品のデジタルマーケティング活動を円滑に実施する。
• デジタルマーケティングの最新動向の把握: デジタルマーケティングの最新動向や新しいツール・技術トレンドの情報収集を行い、戦略に反映させる。

＜必要スキル・経験＞

• デジタルマーケティングの実務経験: デジタルマーケティングの実務経験があること。
• 効果測定とレポーティングのスキル: デジタルマーケティング活動の効果測定とレポーティングのスキルがあること。
• ウェブサイトの運用経験: Google AdsやFacebook広告などのオンライン広告やウェブサイトの構築・運用経験があること。
• コンテンツマーケティングの経験: コンテンツの企画・制作・配信経験があること。
• コミュニケーション能力: グローバルを含む関連するチーム・部署との連携を円滑に行うコミュニケーション能力があること。
