What you'll be doing...

  • Serve as overall leader of Omnichannel Digital Marketing Strategy for Value Marketing
  • Provide leadership and guidance to brand family teams to ensure development of best in class digital marketing campaigns that will drive demand generation and grow awareness across multiple digital platforms.
  • Drive acquisition by building an ecosystem that supports personalization, localization and retargeting tactics.
  • Lead the team that drives acquisition across brands via affiliates, email marketing, direct response channels and has ultimate accountability for direct response creative and media.
  • Build a strong digital presence and digital reputation via earned marketing including creator marketing and online reviews
  • Drive strategy, content and community approach for owned channels including YouTube, Social & .com
  • Ensure end to end digital campaigns from entry to landing page are driving results.
  • Lead team of SME's to author and design and develop copy and imagery 'on brand' through digital marketing touchpoints. Drive implementation on brand websites, and PDP etail pages to connect messages and campaigns to drive conversion and awareness.
  • Accountable for digital analytics reporting to ensure that we're able to forecast and predict and optimize campaigns and improve performance to ultimately drive demand to achieve overall sales goal.
  • Work closely with paid media team and creative leaders for digital to coordinate and work in support of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Drive innovation and excellence
  • Manage multiple agencies and connect cross functionally with many Verizon teams including Brand, Media, CX.
  • Build and establish MarTec and MadTech support in and for marketing
  • Drive strategy and output for SEO/SEM, E-Tail execution, and Personalization and ensure the team is set up to operate in a competitive day to day environment

What we're looking for....
  • 12+ years in digital marketing with Direct 1:1 performance digital experience.
  • Worked with large complex brands
  • Agency + client experience preferred
  • Direct experience in leading digital marketing campaigns from end to end.
  • Subscription, Retail and Direct digital brand experience ideal

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $222,000.00 and $412,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
