Do it here.What youll be doing...You are responsible for strategic positioning, marketing/communications and all stages of creative (strategy/development/flawless execution). This includes developing a smart and consumer-centric position for each product/service, and driving holistic marketing plans and creative to support that position. The willingness to partner with and lead key stakeholders including the product/service business units, cross-functional marketing teams, insights, integrated marketing team, agencies (traditional, digital, and other) and production vendors is a must.Success in this role will be dependent upon your desire to develop breakthrough creative strategies that are grounded in strong consumer and cultural insights and an even stronger desire to manage the executional details of those ideas to near perfection. You will have the ability to adapt and work in a matrix-ed and ever-changing environment.+ Partner with the business unit and lead strategic positioning development for both GM and Hispanic segments.+ Lead creative strategy, development and execution.+ Manage multiple agencies, both traditional and digital, on all day-to-day aspects of the partnership.+ Partner with internal cross-functional marketing teams to lead the development of truly integrated marketing plans.+ Manage production and shoots.+ Partner with business unit leaders and insights to develop clear objectives and success measures for all marketing and creative initiatives.+ Think critically about the business and what is needed from a marketing and creative perspective to meet stated objectives and drive the business.+ Measure and monitor marketing and creative initiatives to determine performance and potential needs for course-correction.+ Manage complex situations and demonstrate the ability to develop solutions to those situations with strong partnership with peers as needed, and with little oversight from direct manager.What were looking for...You'll need to have:+ Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.+ Six or more years of relevant work experience.+ Willingness to travel.Even better if you have:+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.+ Six or more years of experience in marketing strategy and creating demand for existing or new products.+ General business analytical skills able to quickly synthesize data at micro- and macro-level.+ Ability to inspire and provide effective direction/input to creative teams.+ Knowledge of what is required to execute flawlessly on strong creative ideas.+ Experience working with and managing multiple agencies and internal cross function teams in the development and implementation of marketing plans.+ Proven track record in the development and implementation of successful integrated communications programs for the products/services assigned.+ Proven success in managing and leading in a rapidly changing environment.+ Proven ability to solve unexpected challenges, break bottlenecks and challenge the status quo.+ Capability of working on several projects simultaneously and maintains flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.+ Experience marketing tech and IoT.+ Experience developing marketing plans that support the General Market and the Hispanic segment market needs.+ Fluency to read/write/understand Spanish.Equal Employment OpportunityWe're proud to be an equal opportunity employer - and celebrate our employees' differences, including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and Veteran status.
