Marketing Support Specialist (Recruitment Marketing)

**Description:****Position Summary:**Penskes Marketing Support Specialist will handle requests for marketing materials from our product lines. This individual will work to understand the use of current and requested marketing materials that support the product lines, and then assess the need to develop new materials or update the existing ones.**Major Responsibilities:**+ Develop an understanding of the recruitment experience and the various target audiences by product line+ Understand and assess the use of current marketing materials and recommend new or updated materials+ Maintain the product line roadmap and develop project plan that delivers on the recruitment marketing strategy+ Write, edit or source content in support of the recruitment marketing projects+ Work closely with marketing managers, the creative team, product lines and outside agencies to: develop new materials, deliver on the tactics, secure approvals and coordinate the communications+ Determine the best methods to provide new materials and programs+ Track the usage and feedback on the materials+ Handle ad-hoc requests for marketing materials from HR and other corporate departments+ Other projects and tasks as assigned by Supervisor**Qualifications:****Qualifications:**+ Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field required+ At least 1 year of Marketing experience required+ Experience supporting campaigns or other Marketing programs+ Strong written communication skills needed+ Must have a can-do, collaborative mindset; hands-on work ethic+ Strong analytical skills+ Must enjoy working on a variety of projects simultaneously+ Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job+ Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.**Physical Requirements:**- The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
