Work you'll do

As a Marketing Performance Operations Lead, you are expected to bring hands-on experience on campaign management lifecycle, including leading campaign operations teams, managing relationship with clients, and effectively delivering omni-channel communications with multiple journey touchpoints from strategy through optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and account leadership
  • Responsible for building trusted client relationships in a strategic advisor role
  • Identify opportunities and areas of growth, then work with Account Leadership on strategic plans and communications
  • Responsible for deliverable management and prioritization to ensure on time delivery and launches
  • Manage campaign intake, refine campaign plans, and establish success parameters
  • Responsible for resourcing, load balancing, training, and access
  • Act as a subject matter expert to provide best practices and advise clients accordingly to improve campaign design and delivery approach
  • Understand the client's marketing platform tools, capabilities, and data in order to advise on ways to better leverage them to drive ROI
  • Define segmentation, targeting, and messaging strategy based on personas and journeys
  • Provide strategic direction for creative production and approve creative asset adoption
  • Guide and review data, segments, copy, creatives and other relevant campaign components
  • Manage SLAs (service level agreements), KPI tracking, compliance, and reporting
  • Deliver leadership reports of campaign results and performance, and provide optimization recommendations
  • Oversee issue management, documentation of root cause analysis, remediation steps, and preventative measures
  • Host trainings and workshops with client stakeholders on campaign operations topics
  • Delegate tasks, monitor team performance, and provide mentorship to junior resources
  • Create statements of work and pricing estimates as needed
  • Monitor scopes of work, team allocations and program financials to ensure within defined budget
  • Collaborate with other account capability partners to ensure optimal product delivery for clients


Qualifications

Required:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience executing omni-channel marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe Marketing Cloud (Salesforce and/or Adobe certification is a plus)
  • Experience working with Agile methodology and using JIRA to manage and update user stories, project tasks, and deliverables
  • Good understanding of databases and ability to work with large data sets
  • Proven experience of managing omni-channel campaigns
  • Experience with team management, project management, and client services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a distributed team (offshore-onsite model)
  • Familiarity with omni channel data privacy regulations and industry best practices
  • Travel up to 50% (while up to 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)


Preferred:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with other products in the Adobe suite (e.g. Analytics, Experience Manager, Target) or Salesforce suite (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) stacks
  • Experience writing simple-to-moderately complex SQL queries
  • Proficient in using email testing and rendering tools (e.g. Email on Acid, Litmus)
  • Proficient in leveraging Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or other reporting tools to create reports to track campaign and deliverability metrics
