Our Animal Health Marketing team takes a customer centric perspective using customer feedback and market intelligence data. Using this data, we design, develop, and deploy products, platforms, brands and marketing initiatives that ensure we can improve the health and well-being of animals everywhere.

We are looking for a digital marketing specialist to join our growing our company's Animal Health Companion Animal Integrated Customer Experience Team. This position is accountable for working closely with digital leaders, brand marketers, and sales colleagues to ensure that all US digital marketing multi-channel closed loop marketing campaigns (MCLMs) are executed on time and measured to assess ROI and answer critical business questions. The candidate will be accountable for day-to-day management of all email channel campaigns (email planning, campaign calendars/scheduling, the creative review process, QA/testing, deployment, and reporting) as well as delivering them on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

· Use campaign data, digital analytics, and customer insights to translate brand strategies into email marketing plans.

· Translate brand strategies into omnichannel marketing strategies and plans driven by customer insights.

· Create campaigns’ calendar with creative themes in alignment with marketing and sales teams

· Execute lead generation and nurture campaigns delivering on business unit objectives in collaboration with marketers, outside and inside sales reps and global IT departments.

· Develop a sustainable marketing engine with agency partners while guiding cross-functional teams to minimize cost and performing targeting and segments strategies to increase revenue for each campaign.

· Build copy, content, codes, and email designs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment to execute omnichannel activities for in-house and third parties.

· Manage data, segments, audience filtering, dynamic content, and journey building in Salesforce Marketing Cloud in compliance.

· Perform email QA including optimization for device while developing and executing A/B testing including pilots beyond emails.

Education

· Bachelor’s degrees with strong business, math, analytics, and project management skills such as in Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in using or implementing/supporting automated email/CRM systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, (including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Web Studio, Interaction Studio, Journey Builder,) Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce Sales Cloud or Marketo, Pardot, IBM/Silverpop, Cheetamail, etc.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in digital, technical, or commercial IT roles.

  • Experience with medical/legal/regulatory review systems such as VEEVA Promomats is preferred.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, query languages such as SQL, Python, and/or C+ preferred

  • Firm understanding of direct marketing, segmentation and analytics are keys to success .

  • Experience with mobile, web analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture or similar), search (SEO/SEM), content management, and digital media is preferred.

  • Experience in analyzing complex data sets for both planned and ad hoc analysis using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Display Network, Google Cloud, Datorama, and tools like SEMrush

  • Understanding of the basics of software development and architecture, ins and outs of web standards, design and usability, insight into operational considerations for a SaaS/API environment

  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing a creative agency virtually

  • Able to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks with extreme attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment are needed

  • Able to assess, modify and routinely improve marketing campaigns over their lifecycle

  • Able to effectively envision and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across websites, email, mail, phone, CRM systems, etc.

  • Able to commute to Madison, NJ and Rahway, NJ offices.
