As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist at United Rentals, you will establish and drive branding strategy for recruitment marketing to ensure broad, effective visibility to United Rentals and our opportunities across many different platforms.

Additional duties include the following:

  • Provide oversight to recruiting marketing strategy

  • Responsible for design, content and implementation of our marketing efforts

  • Build Media campaigns for job boards and social media

  • Career Site Maintenance

  • Assist with vendor relationships

  • Research and provide guidance on opportunities to improve marketing to attract talent. Examples of opportunities:

    • Job Description reviews to ensure designed in most effective way with verbiage that gets attention

    • Ongoing research to determine most current ways in which candidates search for jobs

    • Identify most effective sources to target for different types of positions

  • Other duties assigned as needed

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Marketing; Communications or other related field

  • 2-4 years Marketing, Social Media and/or Recruiting experience

  • Ability to prioritize

  • Strong knowledge of social media and familiarity with candidate search methodologies

  • Ability to research, identify current trends and make recommendations to enhance our recruiting efforts

  • Highly motivated and self-directed

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Strong communication and influencing skills at different levels within an organization

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
