Job Description

Our Marketing team is passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world. Through digital analytics and insights, we are able to understand our customers’ needs for information and we strive to provide solutions to meet those needs using an omni-channel and digital channel approach

Primary Responsibilities:

A key member of a Digital Engagement Team, responsible for applying the SCRUM framework and AGILE principles, develop the digital marketing media strategy for their assigned brand (will train on AGILE).

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (third-party consumer media vendors) and media agency partners to communicate the engagement strategy, and build media/activation plans, and ensure proper implementation. Owns consumer media plan and optimizations.

  • Work with internal partners in the identification of proper KPIs, and the digital measurement strategy & plan.

  • Communicate the media analytics & measurement plan to ensure that assets, partners, and systems are in place upstream in order deliver the necessary data to optimize and measure plan.

  • Depending on the analytics necessary to deliver on the plan, this individual is responsible to either work directly within systems/tools to pull or analyze the data or work with support groups to have those reports and insights provided.

  • Perform in-depth analyses of consumer/customer level engagement and other data sets across several channels to discover insights and make recommendations and decisions about channel and tactical choices, both in-flight and for next campaign.

  • Participate in Architect Chapter and community of practice to share learnings and best practices.

Required Skills:-

  • Minimum of 4 years of combined experience in Multi-Channel Digital Media (HCP and/or Consumer) ,and/or Campaign Development and/or Digital Media Strategy & Planning .

  • Possess passion for Data & Analytics and developing actionable Insights .

  • Persuasive story-telling skills , socialize key insights which brings meaningful and actionable context to drive better data-informed decision making with marketing stakeholders.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to align marketing strategy and marketing’s consumer/customer behavioral objectives to tactical campaign design

  • Strong business acumen with Innovative mindset with affinity toward experimentation.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects/solutions with hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

  • Able to work effectively in a close team environment, resolve conflict and collaborate with others .

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience within Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, over-the-counter medicines or other regulated industry.

  • Experience with advanced marketing capabilities (i.e., marketing automation, campaign management, analytics platforms, sales force tools, digital/AI recommendation engines, etc.).

  • Experience with Agile Team methodology a plus

  • Understanding of compliance-related concepts that govern pharmaceutical marketing and sales activities.

Education Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or higher
