Eatons Marketing Commercial Operations Division is currently seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. This position is based at our Moon Township, PA or Menomonee Falls, WI location.Position Overview:Eaton is hiring a Marketing Communications (MarCom) specialist in Moon Township, PA. The MarCom specialist supports one or more MarCom managers in the strategy, development, execution and measurement of marketing communications activities for assigned businesses and market segments. The MarCom specialist manages projects and facilitates internal stakeholder reviews/approvals to ensure deliverables are completed and deployed according to schedule, budget and brand standards. Its where bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potentialand where you can help us reach ours.In this function you will:+ Provide project management support for the following and at times, take the lead with direction and support from the MarCom manager:+ Development of results-oriented content marketing strategies and value-driven messaging that resonates with key target audiences at al stages of the sales funnel+ Execution of measurable, integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, preference and demand aligned with growth programs+ On-time, on-budget and on-brand creation/execution of deliverables for the following: Eaton.com/digital, lead generation/lead nurturing, social media, thought leadership, advertising, public/media relations and customer-facing events; utilize the content management platform, Percolate, to manage reviews, revisions and approvals+ Build Eaton.com web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); source and resize images; write or edit content for SEO optimization; analyze web traffic and performance using Google Analytics+ Support product launch activity using the prescribed processes and identify/support opportunities for promoting new products as part of a larger digital offering through audience-focused content and campaigns+ Understand all aspects of Eatons brand promise, attributes and standards; accurately represent Eaton in written and verbal communications to position Eaton as a leading power management company; review content for correct brand, voice and messaging+ Work closely with MarCom Managers to develop monthly budget forecasts; code and track invoices; provide accurate budget reports+ Have other responsibilities including archiving files, maintaining literature lists, registering new suppliers, addressing literature backorders and assigning publication numbersWhen we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we as individuals and as a company are stronger. QualificationsRequired (Basic) Qualifications:+ Bachelors Degree in marketing, journalism, English, communications, engineering, business or related fields+ Minimum 5 years experience in B-to-B marketing, digital marketing or communications+ No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Moon Township, PA or Menomonee Falls, WI will be considered.
