If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of the GBS Global PM&T Deployment strategy ensuring that all GBS engagements are consistently using the Global PM&T standards during both solutioning and project launch /delivery.Job descriptionSupport the execution of the GBS Global PM&T Deployment strategy ensuring that all GBS engagements are consistently using the Global PM&T standards during both solutioning and project launch /delivery.Responsibilities:+ Support the execution of the GBS PM&T deployment & adoption initiatives, leveraging Method Adoption Workshop approach and Enhanced Project Launch model.+ Work with GP/ SL, GEO / Markets and CIC delivery leaders to create deployment/adoption plans and execute their deployment strategy.+ Support creation and maintenance of PM&T enablement materials and online presence.+ Lead virtual and face-to-face enablement sessions on Method Adoption globally.+ Support EPL activities on large accounts / projects to enable teams on methods and tools adoption at project launch.+ Support interlocks with functional groups including Communications, L&K and others as required, to develop and execute communication plans, as well as support education strategy & campaign plans.+ Interlock with other PM&T workstreams to discuss and prioritize Deployment and Adoption needs.+ Prepare and report key metrics, risks and issues and key performance trends in a timely manner.Required Technical and Professional Expertise* Bachelor's Degree* At least 3 years experience as Project Manager, PMP Certification as a preference* At least 2 years experience in GBS Quality and/or Delivery* At least 3 years experience in Global relationship management* At least 3 years experience operating within/with GBS Service Lines* Strong client facing and consultancy skills* Proactivity and problem-solving focus* Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment* Strong oral and written communication skills* Strong virtual collaboration skills* English: FluentPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise-About Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
