Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant, you will use your knowledge of and experience in HR Strategy and Service Delivery and HR technologies to optimize business results and customer experience by:

  • Providing your expert knowledge around HR Shared Services and Service Delivery, Operating Model Design to provide a better employee experience and to enhance client engagements
  • Acting as a Project Manager by monitoring and identifying any project issues to mitigate risk while ensuing exemplary delivery of work
  • Cultivating and maintaining long term relationships with clients to become a "go-to" resource for HR strategy knowledge
  • Working on a project team to help develop multi-year Digital HR Technology Strategies while delivering superior results for your clients, while and monitoring and identifying any project issues to be able to mitigate risk for your client
  • Exploring innovative solutions (e.g. Robotics and Intelligent Automation, Human Capital Analytics, Unified Engagement Platforms) to bring the full suite of Digital HR Technology capabilities to your clients
  • Applying Digital HR technology trends and how they can impact the way our clients deliver HR services
  • Forging strong relationships with clients that will contribute to the growth and development of the firm
  • Engaging with HR, HRIS, IT, and Business Leaders to and coordinate business requirement gathering tasks and map design features to their requirements
  • Staying well-informed on current Human Capital leading practices and market trends
  • Utilizing your experience to mentor and develop other members of the HRS&S team
  • Building your brand within the firm and in the market for the strong HR Strategy & Capability knowledge you possess
  • Working closely with diverse teams to deliver results for your clients
  • Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
  • Engaging in asset development and eminence activities to build the practice

HR Strategy & Solutions (HRS&S)

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions & processes, with experience in at least one of the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Shared Services and Service Delivery, HR Employee Experience, HR Operating Model, Digital HR Strategy
  • Demonstrated confidence and maturity to work with senior executives and clients
  • Experience in helping drive RFPs, RFIs, scoring and evaluating HR products and services
  • Experience in HR technology road mapping, business cases, vendor selections, and HR Technology architecture
  • Experience driving team performance resulting in alignment with project vision and strategy
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:
  • Consulting Experience (Big 4 preferred)
  • Well-developed industry alignment (Consumer, Financial Services, Life Science & Healthcare, Energy, Resources & Industrial, and/or Technology, Media & Telecommunications)
  • Agile and creative mindset when problem solving and troubleshooting on client issues
  • Advanced degree in related specialization area
  • Demonstrated interest in a profession in Human Resources through professional organizations, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
